Join our team

delivering drug and alcohol rehabilitation in South Wales

Our team is at the very centre of everything we do, with each member playing a vital role in the delivery of our services and contributing to our ongoing development journey.

Being part of our team

Working at Brynawel is more than simply doing a job.

It is an opportunity to work alongside a passionate, committed team and contribute to something that has a real and lasting impact on people’s lives. Our work is guided by the values of compassion, excellence, empowerment, innovation and community.

Whether you work directly with residents or support the organisation behind the scenes, every member of the team plays a part in helping people move beyond addiction and towards a healthier, more fulfilling future. If you share our values and believe you have the skills, experience and motivation to contribute to our work, we would love to hear from you. Current vacancies are listed below.
